The Velocity Girls Middle School Academy is a must for 6th, 7th and 8th grade players serious about improving their technique and strategy. Experienced coaches will lead drills and exercises designed to help athletes develop critical skills, provide overall conditioning and broaden each player's understanding of the game. Please note that this an instructional program, not a premier team. Space is limited, so register early!
